If you're the kind of person who walks into a boutique and immediately starts fixing hangers, fluffing displays, and chatting up strangers about the cutest new top — you might be our person.

We're looking for a confident, self-sufficient associate who genuinely loves fashion, home décor, and creating a warm shopping experience for our customers. Someone who can slide right in, take ownership of the day, and keep the shop feeling inviting, organized, and full of good energy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping customers find the perfect outfit, gift, or décor piece
• Creating a welcoming, upbeat environment (our shoppers should feel like they're browsing with a friend)
• Driving sales through genuine conversation and product knowledge
• Keeping the store tidy, stocked, and visually appealing
• Running the register and handling transactions accurately
• Opening/closing the shop independently.
• Staying familiar with our styles, new arrivals, and overall vibe

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has strong availability
• Is confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Loves fashion, home décor, and helping customers feel their best
• Is friendly, reliable, and comfortable starting conversations
• Can multitask and adapt to a busy boutique environment
• Enjoys sales and guiding customers toward pieces they'll love
• Has retail or customer service experience (a plus)
