We are currently seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Budtenders to join our team and help customers find the right products in a safe, compliant, and service-driven environment.

Job Summary:

As a Budtender, you will be the face of the dispensary—educating customers, facilitating sales, ensuring compliance, and maintaining an organized, welcoming retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, verify valid identification (21+) in compliance with OCM regulations
• Provide accurate and responsible cannabis education and product recommendations
• Operate point-of-sale systems (Dutchie POS) and handle cash transactions securely
• Package, label, and dispense cannabis products in accordance with NYS regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and service counter
• Monitor and manage product inventory using BioTrack
• Stay up to date with evolving cannabis laws, strain knowledge, and store promotions
• Report any compliance issues or customer concerns to management
• Participate in ongoing training to ensure product knowledge and compliance awareness

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old (required by law)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must comply with all NY State cannabis laws and regulations
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Cannabis knowledge or interest is a plus

Additional Details:

• Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
• Training provided; prior cannabis experience is helpful but not required
• Employees must comply with all rules under NYS Labor Law and Cannabis Law
