BASIC FUNCTION

L earn the required pr oc edure s to o pera t e an extruder/thermoformer a s a L e v el 1 O perator. T hese dutie s inc lude following the prod uc tion schedule and making sure all supplie s needed for produ c tion runs are available. Pe rform other related dutie s a s assigned.

Cleanliness

· Mu st keep entire line in a neat and c lean manner using 6S prin c iples and good manu f a c turing pra ctic e s.

Mate ri a l Handling

· Mu st be able to set up and operate material blender system to keep prod uc tion line supplied with material.

· K no wled geable in the startup and operation of a ma t erial weigh hopper

· Must be able to startup and o perate the vac uum loading syste m inc luding the va c uum c ontrol panel.

· K no wled geable in the o peration, func tion, and c leaning requiremen ts of the du st c ontrol s ystem.

Q uality

· Must make sure tha t all produ ct tha t is produ c ed mee ts o r e xc ee ds minimum st andard s for qualit y pa c kaged finished goods

· Pe rform quality c he c k s, suc h a s part weight, proper for m, lid fit, shee t thickness, water leak test, and CPET oven test, on production at spe c ified intervals and re c ord results o n proper pape rwork .

· Must abide b y all food sa fety regulations such a s Good M anu f a c turing Pra ctic e s and sliver c ontrol pr oc edure s
