Restaurant Shift Manager

Our Wingstop franchise is now hiring restaurant Shift Managers for immediate hire, team member roles at Wingstop include front of house and back of house work. You'll be a part of a community that thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, strong customer service skills

• Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register to let them know you'll be right with them.

• Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer

• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation

• Work well with other team members and management. Take instruction and feedback from management, be a team player

Qualifications:

• Able to learn and adapt

• Strong math skills - making correct change when at the register

• Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions

• Able to take initiative

• 16 years or older (work-permit required if under 18)

• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills and sense of teamwork
