Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damages and verify against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring significant lifting, typically up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including regular lifting.
