We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic logistics team in Miami, Florida. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Verify inventory against purchase orders and delivery manifests.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper securing and weight distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and steel-toed boots.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
Working Conditions:
This position requires standing and walking for extended periods. The environment may be fast-paced and require working in varying temperatures. Emphasis is placed on safety and the proper handling of materials to prevent injuries.
