We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for our growing facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position is key to our warehouse operations, involving the handling of goods, order fulfillment, and inventory management. You will be an essential part of our logistics team, contributing to the efficient flow of products through our distribution center. If you are physically capable, detail-oriented, and committed to a safe work environment, this role is an excellent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming goods accurately.
- Pick and pack items for customer orders with speed and precision.
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and stock checks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Wear and correctly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist in maintaining the efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Report any safety concerns, operational issues, or inventory discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activity, including frequent bending, stooping, and walking.
- Must be capable of Lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow directions.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety regulations and using PPE.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
