We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders.
- Store materials and products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all tasks.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Contribute to the overall success of the logistics and distribution process.
- Report any operational issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable with Lifting requirements of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Safety protocols.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Good communication skills.
