Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Worker in Minneapolis, Minnesota! This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, supporting the efficient flow of goods through our facility. You will be involved in a range of tasks, contributing to inventory management, order fulfillment, and the overall smooth running of the warehouse. We are seeking reliable individuals with a strong commitment to safety and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must be able to handle consistent lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Understand the basics of logistics and supply chain management to perform duties effectively.
- Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a secure workplace for everyone.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team dynamic.
- Report any damaged goods or safety concerns immediately.
- Participate in general warehouse maintenance and cleaning.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE. Good communication and teamwork skills.
