We are seeking motivated Distribution Center Associates to join our large-scale logistics hub in St. Louis, Missouri. As a DC Associate, you will perform a variety of essential tasks that keep our distribution center running smoothly. This includes receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders with precision, and preparing shipments for our diverse customer base. Success in this role requires physical capability, excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to Safety and operational efficiency. You will be an integral part of a dedicated team responsible for the timely and accurate flow of goods through our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick items for orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
