Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick products based on order lists or digital scanning devices.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for transit.
- Stage and prepare orders for shipment, verifying quantities and destinations.
- Organize and maintain inventory on shelves and in designated storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and effectively.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Strictly follow all company safety regulations and protocols, including the use of mandated PPE .
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational goals and maintain productivity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are crucial for this logistics role.
