Your duties will include reading pick lists, locating products, verifying quantities, and carefully packing items to ensure they arrive safely at their destination. This role requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a commitment to meeting performance targets in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will work closely with other team members to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. Safety is a top priority, and all employees are expected to adhere to strict safety guidelines and wear the required PPE. The role involves significant walking, standing, and frequent lifting of items weighing up to 40 pounds. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on order slips.
- Verify product codes and quantities during the picking process.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely for shipment.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled for transit.
- Maintain productivity standards and accuracy rates.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and wear appropriate PPE.
- Keep the picking and packing areas clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Support overall logistics operations.
