About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads across the region, supporting pipeline development, and contributing directly to the wider growth of our sales function.
You’ll identify, engage, and nurture prospects, leveraging your understanding of regional markets and strong relationship‑building skills. Working closely with our Business Development, Marketing, and wider Sales teams, you will help turn early interest into viable sales opportunities—making you a key player in expanding Healix’s impact across the region.
What You’ll Bring
Proven sales experience within EMEA markets. Strong understanding of regional business culture and networking practices. Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively. A consistent track record of working towards targets and delivering results.No specific qualifications are required for this role—your experience, capability, and drive matter most.

About The Role
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Generation & Qualification
Identify, engage, and qualify prospects through outbound outreach, inbound follow‑up, and targeted campaigns. Convert early interest into pipeline opportunities for the sales team.
Regional Market Engagement
Build strong relationships with Chambers of Commerce, trade bodies, and local business networks. Represent Healix at regional events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Territory Strategy Support
Partner with EMEA Business Development Directors to support territory plans. Assist in prioritising accounts and identifying areas of opportunity.
Marketing Alignment
Collaborate closely with Marketing to align SDR activity with campaigns and events. Use regionalised messaging and collateral to maximise engagement.
Reporting & Metrics
Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution in our CRM systems. Provide regular insights to support team performance and forecasting.Required Criteria
Prior experience: proven sales experience within EMEA markets. Tools proficiency: familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools. Ability to manage prioritise and manage workload effectively. Desired Criteria
