We are looking for an efficient Picker/Packer to join our growing logistics team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate selection and packaging of items for customer orders. Your tasks will include navigating the warehouse to locate products, verifying order details, carefully packaging items to prevent damage during transit, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong focus on accuracy and speed is crucial for meeting our operational targets. Safety is a cornerstone of our operations, and all employees must adhere to strict safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires sustained physical activity, including walking, standing, and regular lifting of items up to 40 lbs. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating effectively with your colleagues to achieve daily goals.
