Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using a scanner.
- Package orders securely for shipment, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Load and unload trucks, operating equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Must be able to handle lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to work in a standing position for the duration of the shift. Experience in warehouse or logistics environments is preferred but not required. Must be a team player with good communication skills. Commitment to workplace safety is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including potential weekends and overtime. Understanding of inventory control principles is beneficial. Demonstrates a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
