We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics team.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to follow safety regulations and wear required PPE.
Working Conditions:
This role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. The work is performed in a warehouse setting, which may experience temperature fluctuations. Safety is a top priority, and adherence to all safety guidelines and the mandatory use of PPE are expected to ensure a secure and productive work environment within our logistics hub.
