We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our growing logistics team in Miami, Florida. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving a variety of tasks essential for maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse. You will be responsible for handling goods, ensuring accurate inventory, and contributing to a safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles.
- Sort, organize, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize appropriate PPE, such as safety vests and gloves, at all times.
- Report any operational issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Support the broader logistics team in achieving operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Must be willing and able to wear required PPE.
- Reliability and punctuality.
