We have an exciting opening for an Order Picker in our Denver, Colorado warehouse. As an Order Picker, you will be at the forefront of our fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence within our logistics network. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing technology and teamwork to meet daily targets. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy a physically engaging role, this is an excellent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order lists and scanning devices.
- Pack picked items securely and safely into designated containers for shipment.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all warehouse safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock checks and replenishment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Follow all company guidelines regarding product handling, Safety, and the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve picking and packing productivity goals.
- Report any issues with inventory, equipment, or the work environment to supervisors.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics and distribution operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an order picking or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Must be capable of consistent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics concepts.
- Dedication to Safety and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Good time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
