We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate for our state-of-the-art facility in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is fundamental to our supply chain and logistics network, ensuring that products are processed and distributed efficiently and accurately. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. You will work in a dynamic environment that demands attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to teamwork. Safety is our top priority; therefore, strict adherence to all Safety protocols and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are required. This position involves regular Lifting and requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders for distribution according to specific requirements.
- Stage and load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate various types of warehouse equipment (training may be provided).
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Follow all Safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
- Contribute to overall team performance and logistics efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding role, including standing, walking, and bending.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of and commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE.
