We are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse team in Houston, Texas. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in the efficient movement of goods throughout our facility. This position requires precision, vigilance, and a strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols. You will be responsible for operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, move materials to and from storage areas, and assist with inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe forklift operation and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers.
- Transport goods to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors.
- Ensure timely and accurate staging of materials for shipment.
