Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Verify product counts and condition against orders.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items according to order requirements.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Assist with inventory control tasks and cycle counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, and bending.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
