Join our bustling warehouse team in Austin, Texas as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for motivated individuals to assist with various warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a key part in our supply chain and contribute to our commitment to operational excellence. A strong work ethic and a focus on safety are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and the use of required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics operation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
