Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Provo, Utah! This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking products from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. A meticulous approach to detail and a strong commitment to workplace Safety are paramount. We operate in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork is key to our success. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and the efficient operation of our Logistics . We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our company. Your accuracy and efficiency directly impact our overall operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and maintain required PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets and support overall Logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of order fulfillment processes and basic Logistics .
- Commitment to upholding high standards of workplace Safety .
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including occasional overtime.
- Must wear assigned PPE .
