Responsibilities:
- Unload and inspect incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking and packing items.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to housekeeping standards.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment safely.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures without exception.
- Wear and maintain appropriate PPE at all times in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and support overall Logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Willingness to follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE .
- Understanding of basic Logistics concepts.
