Join our thriving team as a Fulfillment Associate in Las Vegas, Nevada! This role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to Safety are crucial. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse setting. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll play a vital part in our supply chain, supporting the smooth flow of goods through our distribution network. We value individuals who are proactive, team-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of performance. Understanding the principles of Logistics and inventory management will be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label shipments correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all housekeeping guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Utilize provided PPE as required by job function and company standards.
- Contribute to team goals and support colleagues in achieving daily targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety .
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE .
- Understanding of order fulfillment processes and Logistics .
