Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will handle a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE .
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we train motivated individuals.
  • Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a logistics setting.
  • Commitment to following all safety procedures and guidelines.
