Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we train motivated individuals.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a logistics setting.
- Commitment to following all safety procedures and guidelines.
