You will collaborate closely with receiving and shipping departments to guarantee that all inventory movements are accurately documented. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage data effectively. While the primary focus is on data accuracy and reconciliation, the role may involve occasional lifting of items up to 30 pounds. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory checks.
- Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement solutions.
- Accurately record inventory adjustments in the WMS.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stockouts or overstock situations.
- Assist in reconciling inventory between physical counts and system data.
- Identify and report damaged or expired goods.
- Ensure organized storage of inventory items.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use necessary PPE.
- Generate periodic inventory reports for management review.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our logistics and supply chain.
