We are seeking a Part‑Time Registered Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team. This position is 16–24 hours per week with the potential to expand into a future full‑time opportunity.
In this role, you will provide high‑quality pharmaceutical care through accurate dispensing, patient counseling, medication education, and vaccine administration. You will work collaboratively with our providers and support the day‑to‑day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory oversight, workflow management, and supervision/training of pharmacy staff. All work must align with CHCCC policies and comply with all federal, state, and Kansas Board of Pharmacy laws and regulations.
*PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILTIES*

* Ensure accurate, safe, and timely dispensing of medications.
* Provide clear patient counseling and support medication adherence.
* Maintain precise, confidential pharmacy documentation.
*Operational Excellence*
* Deliver pharmacy services in full compliance with all laws, regulations, and CHCCC policies.
* Follow established procedures for dispensing, inventory, vaccines, and controlled substances.
* Support quality improvement, medication safety, 340B compliance, and PCMH initiatives.
*Relationship Management*
* Build positive relationships with patients through clear communication and compassionate service.
* Collaborate effectively with providers, nurses, technicians, and clinic staff to support coordinated care and efficient operations.
*Professionalism & Stewardship*
* Represent CHCCC professionally in all interactions and duties.
* Uphold organizational policies, mission, values, and compliance standards.
*PRIMARY TASKS & DUTIES*
* Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription medications.
* Provide patient counseling and education on medications and therapy.
* Administer vaccines within certification scope.
* Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support coordinated patient care.
* Manage daily pharmacy operations, including inventory and workflow.
* Supervise and support pharmacy staff.
* Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, safety, and organizational requirements.
*POSITION REQUIREMENTS*
_Education_
* Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
* Active Kansas pharmacist license in good standing
_Professional_
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Immunization certification required
* 340B program experience and FQHC/health‑center experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organization, multitasking, and time‑management abilities
* Team‑oriented approach with a commitment to positive work relationships
_Physical/Environmental_
* 10–25 lbs occasional lifting
* Standing/walking much of the shift
* Reaching/bending for inventory
* Manual dexterity for dispensing tasks
* Normal accessibility and mobility throughout the region required

Pay: $57.00 - $62.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
