This role is for an Infrastructure & Network Engineer who wants to design, modernize, and protect the systems that keep a global manufacturing organization running. You won’t just “keep the lights on”—you will lead enterprise-wide infrastructure upgrades, solve complex networking challenges, and directly enable business continuity, plant performance, and operational efficiency.
You will own critical infrastructure across corporate offices, manufacturing plants, high‑availability data centers, and global networks, working at the intersection of IT engineering, business needs, and industrial operations.
What Success Looks Like You will be successful in this role by consistently delivering stable, secure, and scalable infrastructure while driving measurable business outcomes: Deliver enterprise infrastructure projects on time and on budget, from design through implementation. Increase reliability and uptime across global LAN, WAN, wireless, voice, and data center environments. Reduce incident frequency and resolution time through proactive monitoring, root-cause analysis, and documentation. Enable secure manufacturing operations by supporting plant floor networking, IP devices, and industrial systems. Modernize legacy infrastructure through thoughtful adoption of new networking, security, and voice technologies. Be trusted as a technical authority and problem solver by both IT and business stakeholders. How You’ll Drive Impact Enterprise Infrastructure & Project Delivery (≈50%) Lead and support enterprise-wide network and infrastructure projects across corporate and plant environments. Partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Assess current-state environments and design upgrades that improve performance, security, and resiliency. Provide cost-benefit analysis and technical recommendations for new initiatives. Ensure projects meet architectural standards, budget expectations, and delivery timelines. Operations, Support & Optimization (≈50%) Own troubleshooting and resolution of complex network, voice, wireless, and IP-based infrastructure issues. Administer and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, wireless, data centers, phone systems, and IP device networks. Perform proactive assessments, documentation, and continuous improvement activities. Support a diverse manufacturing environment, adapting solutions to plant floor and industrial constraints. Contribute to enterprise standards, best practices, and long-term infrastructure roadmaps.

It’s an opportunity to: Engineer solutions at scale across global networks and complex manufacturing environments. Work on mission-critical systems where uptime, security, and performance directly impact the business. Expand your expertise across networking, security, voice, wireless, industrial systems, and data centers. Have real ownership—from problem definition through implementation and optimization. Be trusted as a strategic technical partner, not just a ticket resolver. Build a long-term career in an environment that values technical depth, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Opportunity If you’re driven by solving complex infrastructure challenges, thrive in high-impact environments, and want your work to matter every single day, this role offers the scope, autonomy, and technical depth to do just that.
