Our Raleigh, North Carolina location is seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of warehouse activities aimed at efficiently processing and preparing orders for shipment. Your tasks will include picking, packing, kitting, and potentially some light assembly, ensuring that all orders meet our high standards of accuracy and quality. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Assemble customer orders by packing items securely and efficiently into boxes or other shipping containers.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring an efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory management activities such as cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals within the logistics framework.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient warehouse atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order processing role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
