You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and packing. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or potential Safety concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets and ensure smooth logistics.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
