Are you an energetic individual with a passion for accuracy? Our warehouse in Provo, Utah, is looking for a dedicated Order Picker to join our team. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that orders are picked correctly and efficiently. You will be working with scanning technology and moving throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order specifications using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed picking productivity standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse picking role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and RF scanner information.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Good time management skills.
