Become a key player in our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as a Fulfillment Associate. You will be at the heart of our logistics operations, responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, ensuring that every order meets our high standards of quality and speed. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Pick products from shelves and prepare them for packing according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including scanners and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management activities.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed, supporting the overall logistics flow.
- Must be able to handle lifting of items up to 30 pounds regularly.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere focused on order fulfillment excellence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Comfortable with lifting and moving items of varying weights.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic inventory and logistics principles.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
