Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in sunny Tampa, Florida! We are looking for reliable and diligent individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will play an integral part in our logistics network, ensuring that goods are processed accurately and delivered on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations, maintaining organization and proper rotation.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring products are well-protected for transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging for carrier collection.
- Operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting as required.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and support overall logistics objectives.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse functions and logistics processes.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
