This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient handling and processing of goods within our facility. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and rotation.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanning technology or pick lists.
- Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for carrier pickup.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified and trained) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock levels.
- Strictly follow all company Safety protocols and guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet operational targets and contribute to the efficiency of our logistics network.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts as operational needs dictate.
