We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our vibrant team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role is key to the success of our **logistics** operations, ensuring products are efficiently handled, stored, and dispatched. You will perform a variety of tasks, including order picking, packing, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining warehouse organization. Ensuring a **safety**-first culture is paramount; all associates are required to follow **safety** procedures diligently and use **PPE** correctly. This position involves significant physical activity, including **lifting** heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, managing goods carefully.
- Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly adhere to all **safety** policies and procedures, including the use of **PPE**.
- Perform **lifting** of items weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our **logistics** processes.
