Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Portland! We are seeking motivated individuals to handle the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with speed and accuracy. This role is essential to our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. You will be an integral part of our warehouse logistics, contributing to a positive customer experience through efficient order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages with shipping information.
- Process orders through our shipping system.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear provided PPE.
- Contribute to team efforts and help meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product information.
- Basic computer skills for using scanners and shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including Lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE.
