Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to become key members of our facility in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse operations, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics department. Your duties will encompass receiving goods, stocking shelves, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and preparing items for shipment. A strong focus on safety and a meticulous approach to tasks are crucial for success. This position requires the ability to handle physical demands, including regular lifting of products, and thrive in a dynamic and sometimes demanding warehouse atmosphere. We are committed to providing a secure working environment and expect all associates to utilize the provided PPE .
Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Organizing and stocking products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking items from shelves.
  • Packing orders securely and efficiently for transit.
  • Loading and unloading shipments from delivery trucks.
  • Performing regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Strictly adhering to all company safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Properly using all required PPE , including safety vests, gloves, and footwear.
  • Assisting with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory management.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and hazard prevention.
  • Willingness to wear and utilize all necessary PPE .
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Punctuality and a reliable work history.
