Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Tag and label inventory items appropriately.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock for easy accessibility.
- Generate inventory reports as required.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient stock rotation and reduce obsolescence.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including proper lifting practices and the correct use of PPE.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks as needed (certification may be required).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehouse role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
