Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Inspect goods for damages and report discrepancies.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations using proper material handling techniques.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following guidelines for PPE.
