Creative Content Specialist + Brand Ambassador

Vaden Automotive is seeking a creative, energetic, and people-focused Creative Content Specialist + Brand Ambassador to be an active member of the marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves capturing real-time moments, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys working with people just as much as they love creating content.

This person will play a key role in shaping how our community experiences the Vaden brand: both on social media and in person. From filming quick-turn social videos to capturing photography at events, this role ensures that the Vaden message, culture, and story are continuously shared across all platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Capture high-quality video and photography content daily, both planned and spontaneous "happening now" moments.

• Edit content quickly and efficiently for use across social media platforms.

• Work with the Marketing Team to brainstorm, pitch, and deliver fun and meaningful social campaigns.

• Help build and maintain a robust monthly content calendar that highlights community involvement, dealership culture, customer stories, and brand initiatives.

Brand Ambassador & Events

• Represent Vaden Automotive at promotional events, charitable initiatives, community gatherings, ribbon cuttings, dealership milestones, and other brand activations.

• Engage with guests and community partners as a friendly, professional face of the Vaden family.

• Capture on-site content during events to highlight Vaden's community impact.

• Serve as a communicator and advocate for the company's mission and values.

Cross-Company Support

• Support all 15 Vaden dealerships, plus Vaden Realty, Vaden Car Rentals, and Mighty Auto Parts, ensuring each business unit is well represented.

• Work collaboratively with General Managers and teams across locations to identify story opportunities.

• Help maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
