• Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional quality and service.
• Take full ownership of store performance — operations, staffing, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit and develop team members as we continue to open more Jet's locations in the Las Vegas area.
• Build a winning culture through accountability, teamwork, and clear communication.
• Ensure operational excellence through proper scheduling, food cost control, and adherence to Jet's Pizza standards.
• Drive growth and profitability while maintaining a positive team environment.

• Proven experience managing a restaurant or retail team (QSR or pizza experience a plus).
• Strong leadership and recruiting skills — you know how to attract and retain great people.
• High energy, hands-on leadership style — you lead by example.
• Organized, results-driven, and great at solving problems on the fly.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience every time.

• Base Salary: $65,000/year
• Performance Bonuses: Based on sales, labor, and operational excellence.
