Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to help build the core tools that power our business—from customer-facing sales flows to internal operations software. You'll work closely with the CTO and CEO to ship high-impact features, automate our workflows with AI and shape the engineering culture from the ground up.

Our stack is React (Remix) + Django + Postgres, deployed on Render.

• Own projects end-to-end, from architecture to deployment

• Design tools that streamline quoting, scheduling, and fulfillment

• Integrate AI tools into our existing products

• Help define product scope and direction with leadership

• Collaborate on UX with support from our contract designer

• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews

• 5+ years of experience building production software

• Strong full-stack skills and experience working across the frontend and backend

• Proven ability to ship features with high product impact

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment

• Strong understanding of web fundamentals

• Passion for our mission and interest in home electrification

• Experience with React (Remix), Django, or similar tools

• Experience at a startup or fast-growing company

• Interest in climate tech, energy, or the built environment

• $140,000–$180,000 salary depending on experience
