Network and Computer Systems Administrator

Currently, we are seeking a Network and Computer Systems Administrator - Secret Cleared. This role supports a Navy customer in San Diego, CA.

Job Description and Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain an organization's local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. Perform System monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses. May assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software

- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN systems and servers.
- Manage user access, data backups, and patching.
- Monitor network health and implement cybersecurity standards.
- Support disaster recovery and system continuity initiatives.

Basic Requirements: A Junior has 3+ years of experience in system or network administration. A Journeyman has 6+ years of experience in system or network administration. A Senior has 10+ years in system or network administration.

Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) preferred.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

Security Clearance: Secret (must be a US Citizen)

Telework and Travel: On-Site.
