Corewell Health is offering up to $1,500 as a sign on bonus for this opportunityAbout the unitWilliam Beaumont University Hospital is a Level I Trauma, Academic Medicine facility. The Central Processing Department (CPD) supports Surgical Services, as well as other departments by providing sterile instrumentation for surgical and other procedures. CPD Technicians maintain and sterilize a variety of instrumentation from surgical specialties such as Open Heart, Neurosurgery and Robotic procedures. The CPD Technician is the first point in care of the surgical patient by ensuring sterile instrumentation in good working order. As such, the CPD Technician must have knowledge of complex instrumentation and the industry standards, as well as staying abreast of ever-changing technology of surgical instrumentation.About Royal Oak Hospital Recognized by U.S. News & World Report as the #2 hospital in Michigan and one of the top hospitals in the country.
