Enterprise Security Sales Executive – Hospitality

Job Summary: The Enterprise Security Sales Executive will sell integrated electronic security solutions and guarding services to large hospitality organizations, including hotels, resorts, casinos, entertainment venues, and mixed-use hospitality properties. This role is responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying new opportunities to negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate brings a strong enterprise security sales background within hospitality environments, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven history of exceeding sales targets while addressing guest safety, asset protection, and brand standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Track and forecast guarding service revenue in addition to integrated security solution revenue for hospitality clients.
  • Support transitions of new hospitality guarding accounts by participating in kickoff meetings and ensuring post orders align with property standards, guest experience expectations, and the scope sold.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure guard service proposals align with hospitality staffing models, scheduling demands, and regulatory/licensing requirements.
  • Develop and deliver combined proposals for integrated electronic security and guard service programs tailored to hospitality environments.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of SafeTouch guard services, including deployment models, supervision structure, uniform standards, and technology-enabled guard solutions appropriate for guest-facing properties.
  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments of hospitality properties to determine needs related to physical guarding, staffing levels, access control, surveillance, and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality vertical for contract security officer services, including armed and unarmed guards, mobile patrol, and special event security solutions.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand SafeTouch's presence within hospitality portfolios and multi-property accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality ownership groups, asset managers, property leadership, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Present and demonstrate integrated security solutions that support guest safety, operational efficiency, and brand protection.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions that align with hospitality operations and guest experience standards.
  • Maintain a strong and up-to-date understanding of integrated security technologies and hospitality security trends.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales successfully.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to SafeTouch leadership.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in shared drives and software applications.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and hospitality industry events as required.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of sales experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in contract security guard services or within a licensed private security company.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business marketing plans that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue attainment within hospitality accounts.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite. HubSpot experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality security officer operations, including scheduling, supervision, training, and regulatory/licensing compliance.
  • Conduct onsite security surveys of hotels, resorts, or venues and translate findings into guard deployment recommendations.
  • Familiarity with guard service pricing models, including bill rates, wage structures, overtime, and margin analysis.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders at large hospitality organizations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a self-motivated, results-driven approach and the ability to build lasting client and partner relationships.
  • Pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance requirements.
  • Proof of personal vehicle insurance to include automobile liability and property damage coverage.
  • Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Stand, walk, or remain seated at a desk for extended periods.
  • Move equipment and materials up to 15 pounds.
  • Observe details at close range.
  • Handle products, take notes, operate technology, and present information.
  • Read documents and presentations using electronic devices and hard copy materials, while interacting with others.
  • Exchange accurate information in person, over the phone, in writing, and electronically.
  • Communicate clearly and articulately for presentations and interpersonal interactions.
  • Drive to work, client sites, and as business needs require.
  • Navigate uneven or slippery surfaces or both.
  • Safely ascend and descend stairs as needed.
  • Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to take counts and measurements.

Job Type: Full-time, exempt

Work/Base Location: Remote within the United States, within a reasonable distance to a major airport.

Work Hours/Availability: 9 AM – 6 PM Monday through Friday

Travel: %

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
