Position: Customer Service Rep / Call Center
Location: Long Island City, NY 11101
Pay rate: $17/hr
Job Description:
· Call handling experience ( Must have)
· Must have 2 - 4 years of experience in customer service with database experience.
· High School Diploma/GED is required.
· Experience in handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
· PC literate, Proficient with MS Office suite.
· Good data entry skills and good typing skills.
· Excellent oral communication.
Additional Note:
This is an eighteen-hour operation call center that starts at 6:00 am and ends at 12:00 am seven days a week, Sunday-Saturday. Should be willing to work anytime in this timeframe, any eight-hour shift within this timeframe, based on the needs of the Department.
· Should be willing to consider the work schedules five days a week, including weekends and holidays. During emergencies, they may be asked to work more than 40 hours a week.
· The duration of the assignment is between three and six months. This could go longer based on a good performance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week
