Residential Remodeler/ Construction Worker

Project Junkeez is a residential renovation company specializing in kitchen and bath remodels, interior/exterior projects, and full-home updates. We're looking for hardworking people who show up, want to learn construction, grow their skills, and move into leadership roles over time. This is a great opportunity for someone ambitious who is eager to gain hands-on experience and eventually lead a team.

What You'll Do

• Assist with residential renovations (kitchens, bathrooms, patios, and more)
• Lift and move construction materials such as lumber, concrete, and debris
• Commute to/from job sites and assist with material pickup as needed
• Use hand tools to measure, cut, and shape construction materials
• Operate equipment such as electric saws, drills, sprayers, compressors
• Tend to machine equipment to ensure proper function and assist with basic repairs
• Be comfortable using ladders safely during projects
• Assist with installation of fixtures and finishes
• Organize equipment and inventory at job sites
• Clear debris and dispose of waste after project completion
• Provide basic customer service on site to clients or general public
• Basic photography and social media management skills are a plus

Requirements

• Must be reliable, hardworking, and motivated to learn
• Able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable using basic tools and ladders
• Drug test required (no exceptions)
• North side candidates preferred for commuting to job sites
• NEED to have minor electrical and plumbing knowledge and experience
