Overview
As the
Merger Integration Go-Live Support - Personal Lines Subject Matter Expert (SME),
you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration of acquired businesses into our operations. This role will focus on providing hands-on support during the "go live" phase of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within the Personal Lines team. The SME will act as a key resource for both internal teams and newly integrated colleagues, ensuring a smooth transition, operational efficiency, and alignment with Gallagher's standards and best practices.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Go Live Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the go live phase of M&A integrations for the Personal Lines division.

  • Provide real-time support to teams, addressing operational, system, and process-related questions or challenges.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Act as a trusted advisor on Personal Lines processes, systems, and workflows.

  • Share deep knowledge of Gallagher's tools, platforms, and best practices to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to newly integrated teams to help them adapt to Gallagher's systems and processes.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • Partner with M&A project teams, IT, operations, and leadership to ensure a seamless transition.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address integration challenges.
  • Communicate updates, progress, and key learnings to stakeholders throughout the go live process.

  • Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the go live process and contribute to the development of best practices for future M&A integrations.

  • Document lessons learned and provide feedback to improve the overall M&A integration framework.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • P&C License
  • Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel overnight and/or day travel up to 50% of the time.
