Maintenance Supervisor

Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | On-Call Rotation | Monday–Friday

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee the daily maintenance operations of our facility. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong technical skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff
• Oversee preventative maintenance and daily facility upkeep
• Fabricate, install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as needed
• Perform regular facility inspections to identify and correct issues
• Maintain and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and low-voltage systems
• Coordinate and troubleshoot larger contracted maintenance projects
• Develop and implement efficient maintenance procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Proven experience in facility or maintenance management (healthcare preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and low-voltage systems
• Ability to repair equipment and address building-related issues
• Solid understanding of maintenance best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Reliable, flexible, and able to participate in an on-call rotation
